01 / About the standard
What this publication establishes.
ISO 30201 specifies requirements for a human resources management system. It gives organizations a framework for integrating HR management into governance, managing workforce services consistently, evaluating performance, and improving the system over time.
The standard can be applied across sectors and organization sizes. WSMI's HRSM methodology maps the management system to concrete services such as recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, mobility, and employment transition.
ISO-30201:HRSM names the InclusionScore / WSMI methodology; ISO 30201:2026 names the ISO publication.
ISO 30201 sets requirements; the organization chooses its objectives and strategy. WSMI implementation support and readiness review do not themselves constitute independent certification or an ISO endorsement.
02 / Life cycle
Two distinct journeys.

Standards set the reference. InclusionScore delivers the pathway.
ISO develops and publishes international standards. ISO does not certify individuals or organizations. InclusionScore provides professional certification, organizational assessment, and certification services based on international HR and DEI standards.

Separate standards. Connected practice.
ISO 30415 provides inclusion governance that can guide the application of ISO 30201 to human work. InclusionScore operationalizes these disciplines by treating consequential organizational interactions as measurable services.
This integration is WSMI methodology. Neither ISO standard formally requires the other.
Professional pathways remain distinct: ISO-30415:DISM leads to ISO-30415:DIP; ISO-30201:HRSM leads to ISO-30201:HRMSP. Integrated development is optional.
