ISO-30201:HRSM / Workforce Service Management

Work as an accountable service.

Each consequential interaction can have an owner, recipient, control, evidence record, measure, and outcome. This is WSMI's implementation architecture, not text from the ISO publication.

01

Methodology

Management-system design

HRSM organizes context, leadership, policy, objectives, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement into a coherent HR management system.

02

Methodology

Workforce service catalogues

HR work is described as managed services with accountable owners, actors, recipients, inputs, outputs, controls, evidence, measures, and outcomes.

03

Methodology

Inclusion governance

ISO 30415 supplies a relevant inclusion lens for HR decisions. WSMI applies that lens through DISM where access, participation, equity, or stakeholder experience is affected; this is WSMI architecture, not an ISO dependency rule.

04

Methodology

Methodology and professional credential

HRSM is the management-system methodology. HRMSP — Human Resources Management Systems Professional — is the separate InclusionScore / WSMI credential for practitioners who apply it to systems aligned with ISO 30201:2026.

The WSMI architecture

Separate standards. Connected practice.

ISO 30415 provides inclusion governance that can guide the application of ISO 30201 to human work. InclusionScore operationalizes these disciplines by treating consequential organizational interactions as measurable services.

This integration is WSMI methodology. Neither ISO standard formally requires the other.

Professional pathways remain distinct: ISO-30415:DISM leads to ISO-30415:DIP; ISO-30201:HRSM leads to ISO-30201:HRMSP. Integrated development is optional.
