Institutional history

Pioneering certification in international HR standards.

InclusionScore / WSMI developed DISM as an applied assessment and certification method aligned with ISO 30415 guidance. Its public record now includes Deloitte Canada's announcement of certification aligned with DISM. The record demonstrates an early standards-aligned program; a worldwide first-ever claim requires additional independent evidence.

  1. May 2021ISO 30415:2021 published.
  2. 30 Oct 2025Deloitte Canada certificate of recognition dated, as shown in its public announcement.
  3. June 2026ISO 30201:2026 published, providing the requirements reference for WSMI's HRSM pathway.

DISM methodology development and professional certification preceded the documented organizational milestone; exact launch dates remain to be established from program records. ISO/IEC 42001 is a separate published standard; AISM and AIMSP are WSMI program plans, not ISO-issued credentials.

The ISO-30201:HRSM difference

Make human work a managed system.

HRSM maps requirements to the real HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, mobility, and transition. HRMSP is the separate practitioner credential. DISM adds an inclusion-governance lens where participation, accessibility, and equity matter.

Deloitte Canada: Putting Inclusion Governance Into Practice

Deloitte Canada publicly announced ISO-30415 certification aligned with the DISM methodology. Its statement connects the work to DEI and accessibility, identifying barriers, equitable opportunities, and ongoing monitoring. The accompanying certificate of recognition is dated October 30, 2025.

This is evidence of InclusionScore's broader standards-implementation experience. It is not a claim that Deloitte Canada holds ISO 30201 certification.
